PERFORMING ARTS SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

  • Yes, all theatre majors may apply for these departmental scholarships beginning with their second semester at Baylor. This allows the faculty to see the students in action and provides a fair and more thorough means of awarding both need and merit-based scholarships.
  • The majority of financial aid, however, is available through the Baylor Office of Student Financial Aid beginning the freshman year. Baylor is very generous with both need and merit-based scholarships! The average “discount rate” for entering freshmen in the fall of 2012 was 42% off the “list price” of Baylor’s advertised tuition rate.
